In his Tuesday rebuttal to President Obama's address to Congress, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal told a story of how big government interferred with local officials trying to cope with Hurricane Katrina. But the story didn't, if you'll pardon the pun, hold water in the mind of Zachary Roth at TPM Muckraker.
