NEWARK, N.J. — A woman who accuses a fellow airline passenger of molesting her on a flight from Phoenix to Newark, N.J., says the ordeal left her feeling "contaminated."

The woman testified in federal court in Newark on Wednesday in the trial of North Bergen resident Bawer Aksal (BOW'-ur ahk-SAHL'), who's charged with sexual abuse.

The woman told authorities she was on a United Airlines flight last summer when she awoke to find Aksal had slipped his hands into her blouse and shorts.

The Jersey Journal newspaper reports (http://bit.ly/1aqw5sx ) the woman said in her testimony the stranger whispered "kiss me" into her ear when she woke up. She says the ordeal left her feeling "completely humiliated" and "contaminated."

Aksal denies the charge. His attorney says the scenario described by the woman is far-fetched.

The trial resumes Monday.
