Lynx update: Starting Lynx center Janel McCarville was held out of practice Saturday for precautionary reasons because of back soreness. More will be known about her game status after Sunday's shoot-around. … F Rebekkah Brunson and PG Lindsay Whalen are each playing in their fifth career WNBA Finals. Both players have appeared in 47 playoff games. … F Maya Moore led the Lynx in scoring in three of their four playoff games. … The Lynx know how to take care of the ball. Their average of 12.1 turnovers per game was lowest in league history.

Dream update: After losing the final four regular-season games and the playoff opener, the Dream has won four consecutive games, including a sweep of Indiana in the Eastern Conference finals. … F Angel McCoughtry (right) has 13 steals in the postseason, the most in the league. … F Armintie Herrington is averaging 13.0 points and 6.7 rebounds in her past three games. … G Tiffany Hayes' 23 points in the first game of the Eastern Conference finals matched her career high. … C Erika de Souza (above) has 55 postseason rebounds, 14 more than any other player.
