The Chicago Tribune headline: ``Sink Floyd."

Sun-Times: ``Five and Dive."

The Twins are socking it to the Sox and can win the series today if they solve lefty Mark Buehrle.

Twins manager Ron Gardenhire said he wouldn't mind bringing back Trevor,`Babe,' Plouffe from Class AAA Rochester after a recent power tear. Plouffe leads the organization with 18 home runs - 15 at Rochester.

That declaration came up when he was asked about getting Ben Revere and Denard Span in the same lineup.

``I'll enjoy that problem when I get it," Gardy said, ``but I haven't. Delmon (Young's) coming back after the break, so I'll have to make a roster move there. There's another right-handed hitter who's playing very well that is playing down there and moving around the infield that I would like to get up here too."

Easy to tell that's Plouffe.

Young, on a rehab assignment (right ankle) at Class AAA Rochester, was 0-for-4 on Friday and is scheduled to play in the outfield today and tomorrow before returning to the Twin Cites. He's expected to be activated following the All-Star break.

Righthander Kevin Slowey (abdominal strain) will start tomorrow for Rochester and will make one more start after that for the Red Wings before the Twins have reinstate him from his rehab asignment. The guess here is that he will be reinstated and officially sent to Rochester.

Righthander Scott Baker (elbow) will be examined by doctors on Tuesday, and the club expects him to be cleared to resume throwing.

Span (concussion) continues to experience no symptoms and will undergo an ImPACT text next week in the Twins series, which is required by the league before he starts playing in games.
