Thomas J. Petters, 51, of Wayzata

Founder and CEO of Petters Group Worldwide, the main holding company in Minnetonka. Arrested Oct. 3, held on federal charges without bail.

Deanna Lynn Coleman, 42, of Wayzata

Former vice president of Petters Company Inc., the Petters investment arm central to the fraud allegations. Whisteblower who pleaded guilty in October to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud. Out on an unsecured bond of $25,000.

Larry Reynolds, 67, of Las Vegas and Los Angeles

Head of Nationwide International Resources Inc. in Los Angeles, a company he used to convince prospective Petters investors that their money was secured by electronic merchandise that would be sold through major retailers. Pleaded guilty in October to one count of money-laundering conspiracy. Released on bail of $2.5 million secured by the deed to his Las Vegas home.

Robert D. White, 67, of Excelsior

Former officer at Petters Company Inc. who was working as a consultant to Petters. Pleaded guilty in October to one count of mail fraud. Has agreed to help prosecutors with the case. Out on an unsecured bond of $25,000.

Michael Catain, 52, of Shorewood

Ran a company in Excelsior called Enchanted Family Buying Co., which he used to convince prospective Petters investors that their money was secured by electronic merchandise that would be sold through major retailers. Pleaded guilty in October to one count of money laundering conspiracy. Out on an unsecured bond of $25,000.

Frank Vennes Jr., 51, of Shorewood

Convicted in 1987 of money laundering, drug and firearm charges, Vennes brokered many investments in Petters businesses, including from charities. He has not been charged.

James Wehmhoff, 67, of Plymouth

Former executive vice president for finance at Petters Group Worldwide who left the company in October. He has not been charged.

David Baer, 35, of Eden Prairie

Head of Petters Group Worldwide's legal team. Left the company in October. He has not been charged.
