THE PLOT THICKENS

An amended federal lawsuit unsealed Thursday in Minneapolis added 48 plaintiffs to the nine investors who sued a group of Twin Cities investment advisers in July over a controversial foreign currency investment. It also added three new individual defendants. The defendants in the lawsuit now are:

INDIVIDUALS

•Trevor Cook, a Minneapolis investment adviser

•Patrick Kiley, a Burnsville radio talk show host and investment adviser

•Jason Bo-Alan Beckman, a Minneapolis investment adviser

•Christopher Pettengill, a Plymouth investment adviser

•Gerald Durand, a Lakeville investment adviser

BUSINESS ENTITIES
