They were kind of gross. They kind of smelled. They were kind of crowded. But they really served a purpose. The troughs in the men's bathrooms at the Metrodome, one might argue, were a microcosm of the Dome itself.

While the Dome is nothing but rubble and memories, a urinal is apparently forever.

You can buy one of the troughs. A whole bunch of them are up for auction, and as of this post they are ridiculously cheap -- between 5 and 10 bucks each.

We're not suggesting this as, say, an anniversary gift or anything like that. But if you have a special occasion coming up -- or maybe just really have the need in your home space to have multiple people urinating at the same time -- we can't think of a greater day than this for you
