President Donald Trump’s administration is exploring ways to incentivize families to have more children, at a time when birth rates are falling in the U.S. One idea is a $5,000 cash “baby bonus” for new mothers.

Reporter Emma Nelson is writing about the costs of raising kids in Minnesota, and is looking for parents open to sharing their experiences.
