East Ridge quarterback Seth Green, one of the nation's top dual threat QB recruits in the 2016 class, narrowed his list of college choices Thursday to Minnesota, Oregon and Michigan State.
Green, a conensus four-star recruit, made the announcement on Twitter, adding that a decision is coming Oct. 17.
