The 2013-14 high school sports season came to a close Tuesday, with the twice-postponed boys' lacrosse state championship game and Class 3A baseball final finally being played.

Eden Prairie knocked off No. 1 seed Rosemount 13-11 for the lacrosse title, and the Eagles had a chance for a second crown at Target Field.

But Mounds View, led by ace pitcher Sam Hentges, beat the Eagles 9-0.
