Saints reliever Rob Whalen, pitching his third inning, retired the first two batters of the top of the 10th with Ethan Paul still standing at third base. But Kramer, who played 43 games for the Pirates in 2018 and '19, launched an 0-1 pitch to right for his second home run of the season.
