A: Passing, catching, a lot of ground balls and cardio.

Q: What is your favorite thing to eat before a game?

A: Going to the state championship game my sophomore year. [The Lightning beat Eden Prairie 10-4 in the finals.]

Q: If you could change one thing about high school sports, what would it be?

A: Make lifting a big thing. I know some kids once they get to high school aren't that big, so getting them into the weight room would be really beneficial.

Q: How do you balance school and sports during the year?

A: I try to stay really relaxed, so I don't get stressed out. I wait until after lacrosse to finish all my homework, and usually can get it all done.
