Lynx try for seventh win in row

Preview: The Lynx (9-6), who have won six consecutive games after defeating Atlanta 85-74 at home Friday, will try to improve to 3-0 against Dallas this season. The Lynx defeated Dallas 76-68 on May 23 and 91-83 on June 19, both times at Target Center. The Wings (7-7) are coming off a 97-91 victory at Las Vegas on Wednesday. The Lynx have won 10 consecutive games — and 16 of 17 — in the series.

Players to watch: Lynx F Maya Moore, who scored a team-high 24 points Friday, has scored at least 20 in each of the past six games, improving her scoring average to 20.1. C Sylvia Fowles, who leads the league in rebounding (12.5), had 13 points and 15 rebounds vs. the Dream — her league-best 12th double-double of the season. Dallas has been led by C Liz Cambage (20.1 points per game) and G Skylar Diggins-Smith (19.4). Diggins-Smith scored a season-high 29 (eight in the final 64 seconds) on Wednesday. Cambage is second in the league in rebounding (10.2).

Numbers: The Wings reached the playoffs last season despite a losing record (16-18). The franchise has had just one winning season (18-16 in 2015, its final season in Tulsa) since 2009.

Injuries: Wings F Theresa Plaisance (ACL) could make her season debut Sunday.

Transaction: The Lynx waived backup forward Lynetta Kizer on Saturday. Kizer had played only six minutes during the six-game winning streak. She averaged 1.8 points and 1.6 rebounds in 12 appearances.
