This year's Charlotte Bobcats were the worst team in NBA history. No, really, the math adds up. They had a 7-59 record, which is a .106 winning percentage -- even worse than the 9-73 Philadelphia 76ers (.110) from nearly four decades ago. Not surprisingly, head coach Paul Silas will not be back coaching next year, the team announced. Amusingly, it seems as though the team isn't quite ready to wear that 7-59 record like a badge yet. Per the press release announcing Silas will not return: Silas recently completed his first full season with the Bobcats, after being named interim Head Coach on December 22, 2010, and then having the interim title removed on February 16, 2011. He led the team to a 25-29 record (.463) over the remainder of the 2010-11 season and compiled an overall record of 32-88 with the Bobcats.

You win, Bobcats. We'll do the math.
