Things got a little more intense today at Lynx practice. For the first two days it was mostly about installing plays and schemes. But Tuesday the team started practicing against the men and started doing more scrimmage-type stuff. The team will hold a full scrimmage this evening.

"When you turn the intensity up a little bit, you can see who responds,'' coach Cheryl Reeve said. "You can see who forgets what they're doing when they have a little bit of pressure. And so it's a revealing time.''

Today was also Rebekkah Brunson's first practice with the team. Brunson returned to Minnesota after having finished her commitment to a team in Turkey. Brunson didn't play the whole season there, but joined her team for the stretch run. The only player on the roster not here is Natasha Howard, who is playing for a team in Italy.

Meanwhile, Fox Sports North announced today it will televise 12 Lynx games this season, the most FSN has done. That will include a number of games where FSN will simulcast the coverage from the affiliate covering the Lynx opponent.

The Lynx are already scheduled to play three games on ESPN2 this season, and it's expected that number could grow to as many as seven when ESPN announces changes to its schedule. That would mean fans could have access to as many as 19 of the team's 34 games this season.

About time, Reeve said.

"That's the way it should be,'' she said. "That's what we've been asking for. I think our fan base deserves it. I think our team deserves it. And let's not hide this. The more we're on , the more we're seen, the more we get to grow the game. ''

The FSN team of Marney Gellner and Lea B. Olsen will team up on the FSN-produced telecasts.

Here are the 12 games FSN will cover this season -- * designates a simulcast and + means it will be carried on FSN-plus:

May 14 vs. Chicago; May 20 at Dallas*; May 28 vs. San Antonio; June 11 at Dallas*+; June 17 vs. Connecticut+; June 25 vs. San Antonio*; June 30 at Phoenix*+; July 16 vs. Phoenix; July 28 at Atlanta*; Aug. 8 at Atlanta*+; Aug. 11 vs. Los Angeles+; Aug. 22 vs. Phoenix+.

Here are the three games ESPN2 is currently scheduled to carry, a number that should grow: May 18 at New York; July 6 vs. Los Angeles; Aug. 3 vs. Atlanta.
