Polaris Industries Inc. announced Friday several management changes that it believes will strengthen the company as it looks for business opportunities abroad.

The Medina-based outdoor vehicle manufacturer named Matt Homan vice president of the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa business. He was vice president and general manager for the off-road vehicle business.
Mike Dougherty is vice president of Asia Pacific and Latin America, focusing on business in Brazil, India and China. He was vice president of global new market development.
Dave Longren is vice president of off-road vehicle business and off-road vehicle engineering. He was vice president and chief technology officer of engineering.
Steve Kemp is chief technology officer of engineering. He was previously one of the company's directors of engineering.
Mike Jonikas is vice president of the snowmobile business and sales and corporate marketing. Jonikas was vice president of on-road vehicles, sales and corporate marketing.
Steve Menneto is vice president of motorcycles, overseeing the Victory and Indian motorcycle business. He was general manager of Victory Motorcycles.
Scott Swenson is vice president of small vehicle business and parts, garments and accessories, and previously served as vice president of snowmobiles and parts, garments and accessories.
The stock price was up 2 percent in early morning trading to $96.81 a share. The company recently reported sales increased 41 percent to $607.9 million in the second quarter, compared to a year ago.
