It's about the finish

The goal for marathon starters nearly always is to be marathon finishers, and they arrive at the finish line in all sorts of states. Steve Dado of Stillwater ran in style and finished that way, wearing a coat and tie. Erica Dixon ran into an emotional hug from her husband, James, at the finish line. And Matthew Porterfield of Knoxville, Tenn., crossed the finish line on wheels, and he crossed it first, winning the wheelchair division.
