• CB2 (Uptown, Minneapolis): Crate & Barrel's more contemporary, less expensive sister store opened last November.

• Jonathan Adler (Uptown, Minneapolis): Higher-end furniture and accessories from the designer.

• Nadeau (Uptown, Minneapolis): Moderately priced distressed furniture from India and Indonesia. Opened last year.

• Parmida Home (West End, St. Louis Park): Moderately priced accessories and furniture store. A second location in Woodbury is being considered.

• PBTeen (Galleria, Edina): A pop-up store for teen and tween home furnishings will open in November.

• Pottery Barn (Galleria, Edina): A new, larger made-over prototype store with design service will debut Oct. 27.
