MILWAUKEE — The Washington Nationals have placed right-hander Ross Ohlendorf on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to Thursday with right shoulder inflammation.
The Nationals recalled left-hander Xavier Cedeno from Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday before the finale of their three-game series against the Brewers.
Ohlendorf is 2-0 with a 1.85 ERA in 10 games with Washington this season.
