Monday (the Twins, 162 and 163) edition: Wha' Happened?

Sunday was crazy. Tonight will be crazy. Tuesday will be crazy. What more is there to say?

We attended the final regular season game at the Metrodome yesterday as a fan. With our Upper GA season tickets -- the first round draft choice in the six-man rotation for us was this game, and we have to say things worked out pretty well -- we garnered a pair of seats WAY UP in section 209, normally blocked off by the giant curtain (note: that picture is not from our seats).

It was positively electric in the Dome yesterday. From the first inning runs, to the chants of "Let's Go White Sox" as Chicago tried to mount a rally against Detroit, fans were into it from the get-go. It was a reminder of how great the Dome can be -- as will today and tomorrow, we imagine. The old building is ending this chapter of its life with a bang. The big downtown slab has never seemed more dignified in its utility.

We'll be a little hit or miss today as we spend some time with various endeavors leading up to tonight's game. But we should have a few fun reports about MNF along the way. Here we go. Let's go crazy.
