A Stillwater man whose body was found late last week in Roseville after being missing since December died by suicide, authorities said Monday.
The body of Ralph L. Bell, 24, was in a vacant lot near Dale Street and Roselawn Avenue on Friday. He had not been seen since leaving his home on Dec. 20.
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death a suicide and said toxicology test results were pending, police said in a statement.
Bell's mother, Corhea Taylor, said Monday that police told her that her son's death was a suicide and that he had been stabbed.
