Jorge Polanco's left hamstring is pain-free again, so the Twins plan have activated their second baseman for Thursday's game with Cleveland.
Polanco started the season on the injured list while recovering from a leg injury suffered last season and played 23 games before returning to the IL last month. He is batting .284 with four home runs and an .811 OPS.
Edouard Julien, 7-for-35 in Polanco's absence, will rejoin the Class AAA Saints against the Bisons in Buffalo, N.Y., this weekend.
The Twins open a four-game series against the Guardians at Target Field tonight before going on a week-long road trip to Tampa Bay and Toronto.
