Q: You're "director of agent training/Realtor" at Fazendin Realtors in Wayzata, does that mean you don't work with buyers and sellers?
A: About 75 percent of the work I do is agent development. It's really to keep agents up on what's happening in the marketplace and the trends we're seeing. I oversee new agent training and also do an in-house training program.
