A woman was seriously injured early Sunday morning when she was shot while inside her home in Minneapolis, police said.

The shooting was one of four apparently unrelated shootings Saturday night into early Sunday morning, police said..

Officers responding just after midnight Saturday to a reported shooting in the 1700 block of 31st Street E. found the woman suffering from a potentially life-threatening wound, police said in a statement.

She was taken to a hospital. No information about her condition has been released.

Police said the woman was struck by a gunshot possibly fired from a passing vehicle. No arrests had been made as of Sunday morning.

In another incident, police said a man was shot while walking about 1:30 a.m. Sunday at Lake Street E. and Bloomingto Avenue. He was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound that was not believed to be serious.

No arrests had been made as of Sunday morning.

A third shooting was reported at the intersection of 3rd Street N. and 2nd Avenue N. There, police found a man suffering at least one gunshot wound about 9:18 p.m. Saturday. The injury was not believed to be life threatening.

Police said a fight inside a vehicle may have escalated to gunfire. No arrests have been made.

At 10:19 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to reported gunfire at 19th Street E. and Nicollet Avenue, where they found a man with a gunshot wound. The injury was not thought to be critical.

Police said an initial investigation indicated the man was with a group when shots were fired by person walking by. There have been no arrests.
