I've sworn off the Minnesota Vikings more times than I can remember. The Vikings' curse of being often great but never champions makes it especially hard to be a supporter of the purple and gold. But I'm a fan, so I'll be tuning in for the season opener. Guess I'm a glutton for punishment.
