The latest fixation of the Vikings rubes fans is Larry Fitzgerald Jr. -- not that it's without merit.

Poor Fitz is playing with a bunch of awful QBs who can't get him the ball. His dad, a member of the local media, went on Twitter to vent about the situation because it is just that bad.

The simple equation: the Vikings need a receiver. Fitz, though under a huge contract in Arizona, can't be happy. Therefore, the fans say, Minnesota should find a way to make the former Vikings ballboy a Vikings WR in 2013.

He's one of us. He's a Hall of Fame talent.

We're going to devote a decent amount of print (and online) space tomorrow to the question of whether this really works. For now, we ask: Do you, individual Vikings fan, like the idea of making a run at Fitzgerald in a trade?
