Maya Moore of the Lynx was chosen the WNBA's Western Conference player of the week.
Moore scored a season-high 26 points, and recorded 10 rebounds, six assists and three steals in the Lynx's 93-80 victory over San Antonio on Aug. 6. She also scored 24 points against Washington on Thursday and 19 against Chicago on Sunday, both losses.
Chicago rookie forward Elena Delle Donne, who scored a season-best 34 points and blocked four shots Sunday in an overtime victory over the Lynx, was chosen the Eastern Conference player of the week. Delle Donne averaged 21 points as the Sky won two of three games.
