Table Trac Inc., Minnetonka, said its chief executive, Glenn Goulet, has resigned. Brian Hinchley, Table Trac's chief financial officer, was named interim CEO.
Bell State Bank & Trust, Golden Valley, named Michael Solberg the company's third CEO. Michael Solberg succeeds his father, Richard Solberg, who has been CEO for the past 32 years.
