Delta-Waseca, Waseca, Minn., has been acquired by NEWF LLC, Naperville, Ill. Delta-Waseca makes truck bodies mounted on customer-provided chassis. NEWF was represented by Bluegrass Capital of Conway, N.H.

PaR Systems, Shoreview, said its marine systems technology subsidiary has been awarded a contract by Thales UK to design, test and supply lithium-ion battery charging and storage systems for installation on the British Navy's Queen Elizabeth-class aircraft carriers.
