Sensata Technologies, Almelo, the Netherlands, announced the acquisition of DeltaTech Controls, a maker of operator controls for construction, agriculture, motorbike and medical vehicles and equipment for $190 million. DeltaTech Controls is headquartered in Berlin but has a design and sales office in Shakopee.

The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) and the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs are hosting a veterans job fair on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Earle Brown Heritage Center, 6155 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center.
