Tennant Co., Minneapolis, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per share payable March 15, to shareholders of record on Feb. 28.

Nash Finch Co., Edina, will redeem $322 million in senior subordinated convertible notes due 2035 on March 15, 2013, at a redemption price of $466.11 per $1,000 in principal amount at maturity of the notes.
