Xcel Energy Inc., Minneapolis, declared a quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share payable Jan. 20, to shareholders of record on Dec. 24.
New Business
Donaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, celebrated the opening of a new, state-of-the-art production facility in Skarabimierz, Poland. The plant is staffed by 55 employees who make heavy-duty air filters for both the on-road and off-road equipment markets.
