AllOver Media Inc., Minneapolis, an out-of-home advertising company has purchased Prime Point Media, a provider of high-visibility urban kiosks and kiosk advertising. The acquisition expands AllOver Media's presence in high-visibility kiosk advertising at more than 23,000 urban kiosks nationwide, including 340 military bases. In addition, AllOver Media has entered into an exclusive partnership with DolEx Dollar Express Inc., a provider of money transfer services to Mexico and Latin America.

St. Teresa Medical Inc., St. Paul, announced the enrollment of the first patient into its human clinical trial for its Surgiclot product, classified by the U.K.'s regulatory agency MHRA, and Nemko PreSafe, a global testing and certification company specializing in medical devices, as a medical device class 111 with medicinal ancillary action. On June 18, St. Teresa Medical received approval for a 40-patient study from MHRA in the U.K.
