MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

AllOver Media Inc., Minneapolis, an out-of-home advertising company has purchased Prime Point Media, a provider of high-visibility urban kiosks and kiosk advertising. The acquisition expands AllOver Media's presence in high-visibility kiosk advertising at more than 23,000 urban kiosks nationwide, including 340 military bases. In addition, AllOver Media has entered into an exclusive partnership with DolEx Dollar Express Inc., a provider of money transfer services to Mexico and Latin America.

NEW PRODUCTS

St. Teresa Medical Inc., St. Paul, announced the enrollment of the first ­patient into its human clinical trial for its Surgiclot product, classified by the U.K.'s regulatory agency MHRA, and Nemko PreSafe, a global testing and certification company specializing in medical devices, as a medical device class 111 with medicinal ancillary action. On June 18, St. Teresa Medical received approval for a 40-patient study from MHRA in the U.K.
