PERSONNEL MOVES
TCF Financial Corp., Wayzata, promoted Craig Dahl to president from vice chairman and executive vice president. Dahl's responsibilities now include retail banking and information technology. Dahl will continue to oversee TCF's lending businesses, including TCF Equipment Finance, TCF Inventory Finance, Winthrop Resources Corp., Gateway One Lending and Finance, commercial banking and retail lending.
