The Minnesota Trade Office of the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, St. Paul, announced that it will coordinate a trade mission to Mexico from Aug. 9 to 14. Gov. Mark Dayton and representatives from business, education and cultural institutions hope to strengthen ties with the state's second-largest trade partner.
