MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Live Better Brands, Minneapolis, the maker of Way Better Snacks, has acquired Canada-based BioEssential Botanicals Inc. from its founders, Dennis and Gail Barker, for an undisclosed amount. The business will be renamed Live Better Sprouting Innovation Inc.
