MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS

Polaris Industries Inc., Medina, has announced acquisition of Kolpin Outdoors Inc., a privately held, Wisconsin-based company that develops branded and private label powersports accessories. Kolpin is an aftermarket accessory brand delivering purpose-built and universal-fit off-road-vehicle accessories and outdoor lifestyle products. This acquisition adds Kolpin to Polaris' growing parts, garments and accessories business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

3M Co., Maplewood, has completed its acquisition of Treo Solutions, a provider of data analytics and business intelligence to health care payers and providers. Treo Solutions, based in Troy, N.Y., delivers analytics on data from more than 60 health plans, using data analytics to redesign payment structures and transition payer and provider clients to value-based care models.
