MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Wireless Ronin Technologies Inc., Minnetonka, has agreed to merge with Broadcast International, a provider of digital media and broadcast products. Under the terms of the all-stock transaction, Broadcast International shareholders and other security holders will receive about 36.5 percent of the outstanding shares of Wireless Ronin common stock. Based in Salt Lake City, Broadcast International delivers enterprise-scale digital signage solutions for large organizations, including Caterpillar Inc. and Washington Trust Bank.
