MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS

Wireless Ronin Technologies Inc., Minnetonka, has agreed to merge with Broadcast International, a provider of digital media and broadcast products. Under the terms of the all-stock transaction, Broadcast International shareholders and other security holders will receive about 36.5 percent of the outstanding shares of Wireless Ronin common stock. Based in Salt Lake City, Broadcast ­International delivers enterprise-scale digital signage solutions for large organizations, ­including Caterpillar Inc. and Washington Trust Bank.
