Medtronic Inc., Fridley, approved a cash dividend of 28 cents per common share, an increase of 8 percent from the prior year, payable April 25 to shareholders of record on April 4.
C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., Eden Prairie, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 35 cents per share, payable March 31 to shareholders of record on March 7. As of Feb. 13, there were about 149.1 million shares outstanding.
