MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Merrill Corp., St. Paul, a provider of technology-enabled services for legal, financial, health care, real estate and other corporate markets, has acquired Grossman & Cotter Court Reporting and Videoconferencing services in Palo Alto, Calif. The acquisition will allow Merrill Corp.'s Deposition Services to expand the level of services it offers to its clients throughout Northern California, including Silicon Valley.
NEW BUSINESS
HealthTrust, a health care group purchasing and total cost management solutions company, has awarded Interrad Medical, Plymouth, a contract for its SecurAcath catheter securement device. The agreement makes the SecurAcath available to the more than 1,400 not-for-profit and for-profit acute care facility members served by HealthTrust.
