Donaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, declared a regular cash dividend of 14 cents per share, an increase from 13 cents per share, payable Dec. 20 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 9.
Mocon Inc., Brooklyn Park, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 11 cents per share, payable Feb. 21 to shareholders of record on Feb. 7.
