Great River Energy, Maple Grove, has signed a 200-megawatt seasonal diversity exchange with Manitoba Hydro of Winnipeg, extending a 150-megawatt arrangement that has been in place between the two utilities since 1995. The new agreement runs until 2030.

DEBT AND EQUITIES

Polaris Industries Inc., Medina, declared a regular quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share cash, payable Dec. 16 to shareholders of record on Dec. 2.

NeoChord Inc., Eden Prairie, a developer of minimally invasive devices and procedures for mitral valve repair, closed on a $3 million credit facility with Square 1 Bank in Durham, N.C. This credit facility follows the March closing of the sale to investors of $3 million of the company's Series B-2 preferred stock.

Arctic Cat Inc., Plymouth, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per share, payable Dec. 13 to shareholders of record on Nov. 29. Arctic Cat currently has about 13.4 million common shares outstanding.

Regis Corp., Edina, declared a regular quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share, payable Nov. 19 to shareholders of record on Nov. 5. There are 56.6 million shares outstanding.
