Datalink Inc., Eden Prairie, said that it plans to sell 3.3 million common shares in an underwritten public offering. Datalink also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 495,000 shares to cover any overallotments. Datalink intends to use the proceeds from the offering for potential acquisitions that will complement its current business model and growth plans.
