Donaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17.5 cents per share, payable Dec. 21 to shareholders of record on Dec. 6.

Perforce Software, Minneapolis, has acquired Seapine Software, Mason, Ohio.
Veteran Minnesota software executive Janet Dryer was named CEO of Perforce in February when that company was acquired by the Boston-based private-equity firm Summit Partners.
The acquisition of Seapine’s application life-cycle management software is part of Summit’s plan to accelerate growth of Perforce.
