Live from the Dome: Brett Favre and the top of the mountain

We're at Mall of America Field about 1 hour from kickoff. Let's start this day with an e-mail report from a Vikings fan named Chris Bayer. At first, we wondered if this was a Photoshop job, but the shadows make us believe it is authentic. Either way, we imagine many folks would like to believe in it. Here we go:

We're at Mall of America Field about 1 hour from kickoff. Let's start this day with an e-mail report from a Vikings fan named Chris Bayer. At first, we wondered if this was a Photoshop job, but the shadows make us believe it is authentic. Either way, we imagine many folks would like to believe in it. Here we go:

China is home to 5 Taoist mountains that supposedly imbues those who climb them the ability to find "immortality." However, even if you climb one, it can prolong youth. Since I am already traveling around China, I put on the Favre jersey and climbed one in order to give the "old man" one more youthful week. If the Viking keep winning (knock, knock) I'll climb all 5 in order to help out the Vikings and let Favre's arm gain immortality (or at least one more season!). SKOL Vikings.
