Leslie Fhima seems ready to fall for a fellow single on “Bachelor in Paradise.” But the Minnesotan has some competition.

After not getting much camera time last week, Fhima was center stage in this Monday’s episode. Newcomer Gary Levingston, a favorite from “The Golden Bachelorette,” invited her out on a date, which ended up including dancing in the rain.

They seemed smitten with each other.

“She’s all that and a bag of fries,” Levingston said, after their initial conversation.

Levingston, who recently became a “senior” adviser for online behavioral health care company Talkspace, is also the godson of the late Tina Turner.

Fhima was prepared to give her new friend a rose at the ceremony, assuring that he would stay on the Costa Rica island where they could continue the courtship. But the fitness instructor was beaten to the punch.

Natascha Hardee offered a rose to Levingston first. Fhima resigned herself to offering a flower to Kim Buike, even though they had not spent much time together.

Three seniors were not selected and went home: Charles “CK” King, Jack Lencioni and Ralph Johnson.

The biggest jaw dropper of the episode came when April Kirkwood, 67, gave her rose to Jonathon Johnson, 28. The decision shocked Lencioni who seemed convinced he would be picked.

“Whoa,“ he said as Johnson passed by him to hug Kirkwood.

It was unclear whether Kirkwood has romantic intentions or was just trying to help Johnson stay on the island so he could connect with someone else.

“I want you to have another opportunity to be valued and for other people to see what I see,” she told him.

The next episode, in which the power will switch to the men, airs at 7 p.m. July 28 on ABC.

Fhima seems poised to be a key member of future action.

The next morning after the ceremony, Buike presented a poem to Fhima, oblivious to the fact that she’s focused on Levingston.

At breakfast, Hardee started to sense she was being iced out by her pick.

“The energy has fallen flat,” she said.

The show ended with the arrivals of Nancy Hulkower and Faith Martin, who both competed against Fhima during the first season of “The Golden Bachelor.”
