Business career: Started in painting field in 1970s, progressive experience in various aspects of homebuilding and residential development since then. Worked for some of the nation's largest builders in sales, purchasing, land development and operations. Division president for Town and Country Homes/K.Hovnanian Homes from 1997 to March 2011.
