St. Paul’s internet infrastructure is shut down to contain a cyberattack. That means some city services are unavailable or function a little differently.
Emergency services are still working, and 911 still functions normally.
Most other city hall telephone lines are not connecting, but email still works.
Here’s how to navigate other St. Paul city services during the outage.
Pay bills
Water, sewer, trash and other city bills cannot be paid online right now.
There will be no late fees until the systems come back online.
St. Paul will update residents about billing and services when systems are back online.
Report storm damage
Send an email to Forestry@ci.stpaul.mn.us to report downed trees and limbs left over from recent storms.
