Twin Cities home builders are finally beginning to see a bit more action. Last month we reported that after months of disappointing activity, new home sales in the metro finally posted some gains. The same is happening nationwide and home builders, by and large, are feeling a bit more optimistic. That's the takeaway from the latest survey by the National Association of Home Builders and Wells Fargo, which produce a housing market index called the Housing Market Index. Here's a peek:
