Havlat likely done for season

Right wing Martin Havlat is unlikely to play the season's final three games with an "upper body" injury, Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher said Monday.

Havlat missed Sunday's game in Detroit with the injury, presumably sustained when he was checked by Tampa Bay's Mattias Ohlund crossing the blue line Saturday. Havlat leads the Wild with 22 goals and 62 points.

Fletcher said the Wild would have further updates on Havlat, center John Madden (lower body) and defensemen Cam Barker (back) and Marek Zidlicky (hamstring) after Tuesday's practice. But rookie Carson McMillan, who scored his first NHL goal in his NHL debut Sunday, was reassigned Monday, making it likely that Madden will return Thursday in Vancouver.
